From dormant profile to 150,000 views and a calendar full of speaking invitations.

Marius Storvik is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His research spans human rights, health law, and welfare law. The work is serious. The expertise is deep. But none of it was visible online.

His LinkedIn profile existed but was completely dormant. No posts, no presence, no signal to the outside world that this person had anything worth paying attention to.

From there, we rebuilt his LinkedIn presence from the ground up. Optimised profile, a clear content strategy, and a consistent posting rhythm built around his ideas.

We wrote and managed his content. Every post was rooted in genuine expertise. Nothing generic, nothing performative. The strategy was simple: make his thinking visible to the people who needed to see it.

In 90 days his profile went from invisible to 150,011 impressions — a 53,284% increase on the prior period, from a near-dormant baseline.

But the number that matters most is not the views. Marius started receiving invitations to teach at companies and speak at conferences. Opportunities that had no way of reaching him before now had a direct path.

His LinkedIn presence became a professional asset that worked while he was doing everything else.
